We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, situated above the valley with stunning Alpine views. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including shops and commercial services nearby. We were also impressed with the airport shuttle service provided. Additionally, the hotel offered a welcome drink upon arrival and tours/ticket assistance, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were excellent, with heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We particularly enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Great view of mountains, beautiful gardens with a swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner were served outside, with the opportunity to enjoy the lovely weather. the staff were elegant and the hotel had a very refined atmosphere which made us feel comfortable.

The hotel did not have tea or coffee facilities in the room, which was a shame. there wasn't much to see in the surrounding area.

We spent Christmas in a charming Austrian village and it was simply magical. The snowy alpine peaks in the distance were breathtaking, and the quaint churches and working farms added to the picturesque setting. We enjoyed delicious homemade meals that made us feel right at home. The staff was kind and gave us great recommendations for exploring the area.

The location was a bit far from some of the major tourist attractions, which made for longer drives to get around. The rooms were comfortable, but could have used some updating. However, the overall cozy and festive atmosphere made up for any minor inconveniences.
